Weekends of Flow and TriYoga Teacher Training (TYTT)
Join us for an extended practice once a month. Programs are open to students, interns, and teachers of any level. Flow programs serve as hours in Technique for interns studying at that level, and Saturday morning Practicum sessions each month are open to interns studying Basics, Level 1 or Level 2.

Events will be led by Theresa and held at the TriYoga Center of Central Pennsylvania in Spring Mills.
Program Fees
The early registration discount is available if paid one week prior to the program.
Friday $45/40 | Saturday am $35/25 | Saturday pm $55/50 | Sunday $55/50
Full weekend (early registration) $150
