An extended practice for women at all stages of pregnancy (and open to students who are not pregnant), prenatal yoga focuses on the principle of relaxation-in-action. Classes include breathing practices, movement and postures, deep relaxation and meditation to support the body, mind and spirit during the transformational journey of pregnancy. In the spirit of creating an atmosphere of optimal comfort and camaraderie during this transformational time of pregnancy, this is a women-only class.
