New to Yoga
Let us introduce you to the gift of yoga. We share TriYoga because we love TriYoga, and because of the transformative impact it has had on our own lives. The practice meets people where they are - never forcing and always encouraging until the body and mind can let go of tension and move through obstacles to discover their potential. Whatever the motivation, the benefits of yoga are infinite:

Whether you are looking to find ease in your body or mind (or both), TriYoga offers multiple entry points. Basics is the foundation of the practice, and Gentle Yoga and TriYoga Therapeutics provide a safe environment for those who feel more cautious. Students eager for more advanced practices may enter through upper levels, though we recommend a session of Basics to learn the unique sequencing of TriYoga.
When You Arrive
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the registration process; if you registered online, simply check in at the attendance kiosk. Bring a yoga mat or borrow one of ours and enjoy relaxing with your cell phone turned off. Someone will be there to help you gather props before the start of class. Hydration is important, and you are welcome to bring a water bottle with a tight-fitting lid. Practicing with bare feet allows you to feel the ground and avoid slipping. If the studio door is closed, we will be with you as soon as the previous class lets out.
As with all aspects of TriYoga, you are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right on a given day. Students begin class relaxing on their backs, sitting quietly, or catching up with a friend. Class ends on your back or in seated posture for a brief period of quiet and meditation, followed by a closing of the teacher's choice.
