Caring for others can be stressful, and can negatively impact your health. This workshop offers a mini-retreat for the body and mind: Experience the relaxing and rejuvenating practice of TriYoga through meditation, breath awareness and simple, supported movements for the body. Benefit from relaxation-in-action, while taking away practices that can be used at home as you balance your own self-care with the responsibility of caring for others—young or old, in any state of health.
