Reflective Writing Through Yoga

Join Morgan for three Sundays to enjoy Yogaflow® that inspires the writing flow. Participants will be invited to respond to writing prompts that are connected to the day's yoga sequence and based on the elements of each TriYoga® Basics series (earth, water, fire, air, space). Time will be given for sharing and discussing responses. 

This program is perfect for students who like creative writing and who are looking to deepen a yoga/mindfulness practice through reflective writing. Morgan is a certified English teacher with a minor in creative writing from Penn State University.
