Join Jill for an exploration of the personal, cultural and scientific views on the significance of the sleep cycle. Learn breath practices to facilitate peaceful sleep. Experience a TriYoga flow leading into Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation. When the body relaxes and the mind remains the witness, tension, thoughts and emotions can be released, leaving a tranquil entryway into spiritual awakening and/or sleep!
