A 4-Monday Short Course
This short course develops Level 1 knowledge of the subtle practices of TriYoga: breathing, concentration, and meditation. Known as Prana Vidya, these practices deepen one's knowledge of the subtle energy and expand the inner journey. This course is appropriate for those who have taken Intro to Meditation, as well as Basics TriYoga students who have learned breathing practices at weekly classes.
