Absorb and acquire relaxation techniques to relate more positively to stress during the school year. This workshop will primarily target educators but is open to all. No experience with meditation or yoga is necessary.
During this perfectly-paced mini-retreat you will:
Learn breathing, concentration and meditation practices, known as Prana Vidya
Experience TriYoga® Flows, accessible to all bodies
Practice mindfulness strategies
Design a home/workplace practice to support you throughout the year
Connect with other educators committed to practicing radical self-care to help us more effectively serve the community
