5 Days to Greater Energy: A Spring Yoga Challenge


Ready to shake off the winter doldrums and spring into your bright and awakened self?

  • You haven't had time for self care.  In 30 minutes or less each day, I'll guide you through a practice that makes every layer of your being feel better, with shorter options for the busiest days.

  • You're managing your responsibilities the best you can, but you could really use some support.  I'll share with you the TriYoga® practices that fortify me, beginning with conscious breathing, a tool that connects you to the unwavering support available within.

  • You're stressed out - revved up and exhausted all at the same time.  I'll show you how to relax as you stretch and strengthen, easing tension and bringing balanced energy to the day.

  • You're feeling stiff and sluggish and want to get moving. I'll lead you through five days of yoga to energize your body, as well as your mind and spirit.

  • You're so far from feeling good, you don't even know where to begin. Leave that part to me. All you need to do is show up. The Flow will take care of the rest.

Effortlessly access the energy that is waiting for you to step toward it.  Five days of movements reach the whole body in sessions of 30 minutes or less.

You will:

  • stretch, strengthen, nourish and cleanse your body and mind.

  • expand your breath.

  • enliven your spirit.

  • learn to relax while moving (great for daily life).

  • surrender pushing and striving, and let go into the flow to meet your deepest needs.
