Breath

The ability to direct the breath - to bring it fully in and move it fully out - increases your access to the life force that animates your existence. We love to stretch in TriYoga; we love to strengthen. Before we do any of that, we breathe. Knowing how to create and sustain a long, steady breath means the good yoga feeling goes with you when you rise from the mat and head out into the world.

Meet TriYoga Basics

TriYoga® is a revolutionary system of yoga founded by Yogini Kaliji and taught in more than 40 countries. The style includes flowing sequences balanced with held postures, joined by the breath. Fundamentals include relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. The systematic approach allows students to remain in Basics or progress to advanced levels. Within each level, students develop precise alignment, strength, flexibility, endurance and a longer, more controlled breath. Sustained awareness on all aspects of the practice harmonizes body, breath and focus, allowing the inner flow to naturally emerge.
