A note from your teacher Theresa, Over the past 30 years I have gone from someone who resisted, avoided and dreaded meditation to someone who relies on the subtle practices to stay connected to who I am.   • Mudra flows that accompany breathing practices

  • Navigating the mental challenges that rise while meditating

  • Discovering how to identify the practice you need each day

  • What the ageless yoga wisdom says about the subtle and causal realms that are woven into the fabric of our physical reality

  • Preparation for Prana Vidya Teacher Training, coming in May

How It Works:

  • Monthly Live Online instructional weekends, February - April

  • Replays available if your schedule does not fit the program or you need to miss

  • Six Prana Vidya practices moving up the levels, offered live and available to replay

  • Step-by-step instructions systematically taught so you're never overwhelmed

  • Monthly Q&A sessions to refine understanding, share experiences, and troubleshoot challenges

  • Unlimited access to all replays for one year

  • A community of meditators learning, deepening and expanding together
