You've lived with scoliosis your whole life, or perhaps you just received your surprising diagnosis. You've heard, perhaps experienced, that scoliosis can be a painful journey, and that's not the story you're interested in. 

Instead, you're ready to empower yourself on your Scoliosis Wellness Journey.

This foundational course is where your "AHA!" begins. By bridging scoliosis education with your personal experience, you finally understand why your spine feels the way it does and how to support it. This clarity propels you toward wellness on your journey.

Through presentations, workshop sessions, discussions, and practices of TriYoga Therapeutics for Scoliosis, you will:

  • Explore the 4 common patterns of scoliosis and associated physical characteristics

  • Understand the effect of scoliosis on the entire body

  • Map your unique curve pattern

  • Create a self-portrait of your spine

  • Explore propping and padding options for your curve

  • Learn breathing practices specific to scoliosis and apply them to your curves and concavities

  • Discover the four guiding principles behind the phrase Let Scoliosis Curves Dazzle!

  • Experience TriYoga Therapeutics for Scoliosis 

  • Share stories and experience community with fellow adventurers on the scoliosis journey

  • Leave inspired and knowledgeable about supporting your spine, your mindset, your life.

How It Works

This is a highly interactive course with extensive personalized attention. Attending in-person or live online is encouraged for the best experience, rather than relying on replays.

To attend in person, confirm space available by checking the Events tab of this program. IN PERSON spaces are available for up to six participants. Once you have purchased this program, reserve your in-person or online spot for each session under Events to hold your space.

Attending online is enhanced by forming a "satellite" classroom of two or more participants in the room together. If this is not possible, arrange to have a friend, neighbor, or family member available as a second pair of eyes when we map our curves on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.

This program is limited to 12 participants. 

The content of this program remains available to you for one year on our hosting platform.


Your Guide on This Adventure

Certified Yoga for Scoliosis Trainer and Senior TriYoga® Teacher Theresa Shay leads this program. Theresa has been living with scoliosis since she was 10 and wore a Boston brace as a teenager. She is passionate about sharing yoga to help others with scoliosis move through life with confidence and ease, embracing the invitation that scoliosis presents.

Sunday, March 8, 10 am - 2 pm ET (in-person or online)

In-person sessions are held in Spring Mills, Pennsylvania.

Schedule Conflicts?

For those who cannot attend in person or live via Zoom, schedule private sessions to learn the specifics of your curve pattern and receive personalized support. Private session fees apply. This, along with the replays, will help you navigate the material.
