Live Coaching: Living Well with Anxiety

As part of Flow: The Membership, Theresa hosts an interactive online coaching call every month. We work through questions about alignment, breathing, meditation, yoga philosophy, and anything related to TriYoga.

This month, Soothing Anxiety challenge participants are invited to join for a discussion on how to live well with anxiety.

The link to join is sent to all members. You do not need to register. Look for an email arriving 30 and 60 minutes before the scheduled time with the Zoom link.
