Intro to TriYoga Therapeutics for Scoliosis

Celebrate International Scoliosis Awareness Day with a simple yoga practice that presents TriYoga®'s approach to scoliosis, lengthening movements for upper and lower body, and an approach that is beneficial for fused and unfused spines.

This class includes breathing practices, reclined postures, movements using the wall, and deep relaxation to conclude.

This prerecorded class is led by Theresa Shay, senior TriYoga teacher, Certified Yoga for Scoliosis Trainer, and Founding Director of the nonprofit organization TriYoga of Central Pennsylvania.
