Scoliosis Wellness Retreat

A retreat designed for scolis, fusioneers, and their allies

Yoga, meditation, and community

Gather with the scoliosis and spinal fusion community for a weekend of yoga, meditation, conversation and community.

  • Meet the five-fold approach to scoliosis wellness through the wisdom of TriYoga Therapeutics for Scoliosis, yoga tailored to support spines with scoliosis and/or spinal fusion.

  • Relax into the practice without worrying if the movements will be accessible for your condition.

  • Learn to direct the breath to support your curve and calm your mind.

  • Connect with the scoliosis and spinal fusion community, people who understand what you navigate on a daily basis.

  • Sink into the beauty, peace, and inspiration of nature and create space to connect to your inner flow.

  • Leave feeling energized and connected, as well as tall and centered.

The Scoliosis Wellness Retreat is open to adults 18 years or older with scoliosis and/or spinal fusion, as well as scoliosis allies such as parents, friends, and partners. Participants must be able to move easily up and down from the ground.
