Moreover, how do our quiet inward practices intersect our desire and capacity to contribute positively to the world? What obstacles typically rise on the journey, and how do we overcome them?
This program provides the space to explore these questions in community as you continue your journey into Level 2 Prana Vidya (breathing, concentration, and meditation) and mudra flows.

Three Saturday sessions (one per month): offered in person (limited to 8 people) or via Zoom, with replays available
Nine weekly Prana Vidya practices: join live online or by replay on Thursdays

Two Live coaching sessions to refine understanding, share experiences, and troubleshoot challenges
