How do subtle practices and daily life intersect?

In a fast-paced world where quiet is rare, what is the place of subtle practices in creating health, happiness, and wisdom? Moreover, how do our quiet inward practices intersect our desire and capacity to contribute positively to the world? What obstacles typically rise on the journey, and how do we overcome them?

This program provides the space to explore these questions in community as you continue your journey into Level 2 Prana Vidya (breathing, concentration, and meditation) and mudra flows.

  • The role of intention

  • The interaction between subtle practices and daily life in accordance with the triple energy principle 

  • Yoga philosophy on the subtle and causal realms that are woven into the fabric of physical reality 

  • How aligned action is informed by subtle practices

  • Obstacles on the path and how to meet them

  • Group discussions and Q&A sessions

  • Review of Level 1 Prana Vidya

  • Trinity Breath, the breathing pattern often used to begin upper level yogaflow® classes

  • The seven hand gestures and transitions of the Devi Mudra flow

  • Breath retention techniques, known as locks (Bandhas in Sanskrit)

  • Mudras to accompany breath retention

  • Short and long Level 2 Prana Vidya sequences for personal practice

How It Works

  • Three Saturday sessions (one per month): offered in person (limited to 8 people) or via Zoom, with replays available

  • Nine weekly Prana Vidya practices: join live online or by replay on Thursdays

  • Content Library: Replays of each session and the weekly practices available on our platform for review, personal study, and/or guided practice

  • Two Live coaching sessions to refine understanding, share experiences, and troubleshoot challenges

  • Unlimited access to all replays for one year
