Your TriYoga Fall Retreat

Nature inspires with her ongoing cycles, ease of transitions, and glorious display of what it means to let go. At this TriYoga® retreat, take nourishment from the fall season to inspire your capacity to live with grace, ease, and brilliance, health, happiness, and wisdom.

Program Features

Nature's beauty greets you through the windows of our program room as you enjoy TriYoga's unique approach to movement that flows on the breath. Honor the endless cycle of creating, sustaining, and dissolving and draw inspiration from the foundations of yogaflow®:

  • Expansion in all directions

  • Relaxation-in-action

  • Steady, rhythmic pace

  • Economy of movement and energy

  • Wavelike flow of energy

  • Harmony of body, breath, and mind

This program features yoga, breathing, and meditation; alignment assistance from Chandra; time in community and personal time; Light on the Hill's 236 acres in peak fall color; two labyrinths; a room of your own (shared bath) with a few double rooms available if you are coming with a partner; and nourishing, seasonally-appropriate, plant-based/vegan meals, organic where possible, cooked with love by the Light on the Hill kitchen team.

Retreat Leaders

Theresa Shay, founder and director of TriYoga of Central Pennsylvania and a TriYoga senior teacher, leads the retreat informed by decades of experience creating community and sharing the TriYoga flows.

Chandra, senior TriYoga teacher from Tallahassee, Florida, provides alignment assistance. Chandra was one of the first students of TriYoga over 40 years ago in Santa Cruz, California. She shares a keen understanding of energetic and physical alignment through touch as light as air.

Theresa and Chandra share their joy and friendship at this uplifting and inspiring weekend for all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginners to advanced students.
